This is a sample from the instructions for constructing the duck blind showing the text/image combination [top half of page].

At the bottom half of the page, we have included a sample to show the drawings with measurements.

 

Text and Image Combination

 

Step 1

Take six (2"x4") x 44" wooden studs & two (2"x4") x 72" wooden studs. Nail the 6 smaller (44") wooden studs between the longer (72") ones as shown below allowing a space of 12 " in between

Step 2

Take the 5/8" 6'x4' plywood sheet and make the rectangular holes with the jig saw as indicated below and place it on the base made in step 1 and attach it using galvanized screws.

Put in the four 4"x4" posts in the four corners. The posts at the front are
smaller in height then the posts at the back so as to support a slant roof
 

Height of the front wooden posts = 43"  

Height of the wooden posts at the back = 48"

Now the structure will look like the image below

 

 

Notes

·         Cut the wooden posts at the back using  a miter saw
at an angle of 20 degrees so that the slant roof can be fitted

·         These posts will act as a support for the walls and the roof

·         Use 3" nails for securing the posts

Notes
4 holes (4" X 4") are made on four corners leaving a margin of 2" on both the sides.
2 holes (2" X 4") are made in between the board leaving a margin of 4".
